• Migrate and configure SSL certificates for HTTPS functionality where possible.
• Transfer email accounts, files, and mail forwarders while preserving passwords where possible.
• Reconfigure cron jobs with updated file paths and install required software versions/extensions.

Phase 3:
Testing & Verification

Timeframe: 4-8 Hours

• Functionality testing via host file modification to verify that websites load the same as on the source.
• Verify email data integrity, account functionality, and proper routing table configuration.
• Confirm database connection settings are properly configured.
• Validate complete data migration and restoration with minimal data loss.
• Assist with any migration-related issues before DNS changes.

Phase 4:
DNS Cutover & Go-Live

Timeframe: 2-24 Hours

• Provide DNS information such as current nameservers and new IP addresses.
• Communicate InMotion nameserver options for DNS management transfer.
• Verify email continuity after DNS propagation.
• Assist with post-migration cleanup tasks and troubleshooting migration-related functionality issues as necessary.
